View of Oxford, Chester County, P.A., 1907/ drawn & published by Fowler & Kelly.

This panoramic print of Oxford, Pennsylvania was drawn by Thaddeus Mortimer Fowler and published by Fowler & Kelly in 1907. Oxford was established as a stopover town along a valuable road from Philadelphia to Baltimore. Oxford gained borough status in 1833. The community began to be served by the Philadelphia and Baltimore Central Railroad in the 1860s. Oxford maintained as an agricultural community prolific in the growing of grain, hay and potatoes. Dairy products of all kinds were also manufactured in Oxford. Lincoln College, now Lincoln University has been a fixture in the community since the 1850's.

The map from 1907 includes labeled streets, buildings and railroad routes. It features inset illustrations or photographs of the following:
