RETURN POLICY:  100% Guarantee – If the item that you receive is damaged or defective, 1-World Globes will be happy to authorize a refund or exchange when notified within 14 days (3 days for Gemstone Globes) of your receipt of the item, providing that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.  We will only be responsible for additional freight charges if the return is due to a manufacturer's defect.  Shipping damage must be reported to shipping company within 14 days.  Claims for shipping damage will be the customers responsibility. Returns for any reason other than manufacturer's defect or shipping damage are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges
