This print of Dunmore, Pennsylvania was drawn and published by Thaddeus Mortimer Fowler in 1892. The borough of Dunmore was incorporated in 1862. Its economy rose in the late 1800's due to widespread extraction of anthracite coal in the region. Other interests of early Dunmore included silk making and brick making.

The map from 1892 includes labeled streets, buildings, collieries, railway yard and railroad routes. It features inset illustrations of the following:
