This bird’s-eye view print of Manchaug, Massachusetts was drawn and published by O. H. Bailey & Co. in 1891. The village of Manchaug grew around its three large textile mills and prospered greatly because of them. The mills emerged in the early 1800's along this portion of the Blackstone River Valley and mill owners quickly established the village of Manchaug to serve and house the mill workers.

Farming was also practiced throughout the village’s vicinity. Manchaug is now considered part of Sutton.

The illustration includes labeled streets, buildings, waterways and vicinity. There are border illustrations of the following:
