This map of Africa was originally published in 1857 by the firm of Justus Perthes, and is based on the travels of British explorer David Livingstone and the German explorer Heinrich Barth.  This beautiful map is by the famed German cartographer August Petermann, and this excellent reproduction maintains the fine attention to detail and beautiful colors of the original.    Dimensions: 30" x 36"   Item #1W-WO-AF-1857   Shipping Weight: 2 lbs.   PRICE: $35.95
