Corinth is a quaint village in Saratoga County, with the Hudson River flowing through the town at the point of the beautiful Palmer Falls. It is the gateway to the Adirondack Mountains and is known as the "snowshoe capital of the world". Corinth began as a lumber town with several saw mills. By 1888 the river's power had been harnessed and now was powering industries such as the Hudson River Pulp & Paper Co.
