Orders placed for Ground
delivery will ship within 2-5 business days (allow up to 7 days in transit,
after shipping). Orders for items that are not in stock or are on backorder
will be notified in a timely manner of the delay. If UPS 3-Day is chosen,
the order will ship either the same day, or the next business day. Orders
requiring overnight delivery must be arranged by calling 1-877-884-2402.
Selection for overnight delivery option is limited to stock on hand (Seattle
warehouse). If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail
or call us.
Due to the large size of
our products, and the extreme expenses involved with international
transport, we are currently not offering International Shipping. We offer to
ship within the contiguous 48 states.

to arrange a cancellation of an order that's underway. While we will attempt
to halt the processing of your order, orders that have already shipped
cannot be cancelled. Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
We understand that sometimes what you expect when you place an online order is not what you see when the package arrives. While we do strive to provide accurate information about the products we offer, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as expected.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for nearly any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. (Some exceptions apply to what is possible to return, which is outlined below.)
In the event that your
shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping
company or 1-World customer service within 14 days of delivery. We can
arrange to have a replacement item shipped at that time. All original
packaging must be kept on hand for pickup or inspection by the carrier, and
we may also request photos to illustrate the damage. Note that we're unable
to assist with shipping damage after 14 days of receipt.
The following items are not returnable: Items that have been used or removed from original shrink-wrap packaging. Items that have been in customer's possession for more than 30 days. Items that no longer have complete original packaging. Inflatable globes. Wall Murals (once opened). Old World Globes and Globe Bars (once assembled). Earrings. Chocolate globes. Digital products such as DVDs or classroom map packages. Customized or engraved items. Discontinued items.
Print on demand and made-once-ordered items are also ineligible for return, including but not limited to: Zip-code Maps. Bulletin Board Maps. Satellite image prints. Peel & Stick maps, prints and murals. Framed and/or mounted maps including wood rail and spring roller maps. Laminated and Non-laminated paper map prints, including Historical Map Prints. Special orders and made-once-ordered items, including roller mounted combo maps.

Please be prepared to provide customer name, order number, and reason for
return. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used
for the original purchase. Returns must be received in original (new, 100%
re-sellable) condition and in manufacturer's original and complete
packaging. Items that are returned in incomplete packaging or have been
repackaged will be refused. We’re unable to offer refunds for returned items
that arrive damaged due to improper packaging. Items will be inspected upon
receipt prior to exchange or refund. A restock fee may apply. Unauthorized
returns will be refused.
Returns due to manufacturer's defect or
damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees. Returns
due to reasons other than defect or damage will be refunded, minus shipping
and handling fees and must be shipped to return address provided, at
customers expense. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable: If your item
qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the actual
outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount. We
strongly urge customers who are shipping a return at their own expense to
ship via UPS or FedEx and please insure your return, as we are not
responsible for return shipping damages or loss.
