UPS GROUND:
$6.95 PLUS $1.00 PER POUND  (48 States only, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada)

EXPRESS (Ships same or next business day via UPS 3-Day):
$25.00 per item + $4.00 per lb. (Not available on all models.)

DELIVERY TIME:

Orders placed for UPS Ground delivery will ship within 2-5 business days (allow up to 7 days in transit, after shipping).  If UPS 3-Day Express is chosen, the order will ship either the same day, or the next business day.  Orders requiring overnight delivery must be arranged by calling 1-877-884-2402, selection for overnight delivery option is limited to stock on hand (Seattle warehouse).  We're currently unable to offer shipment to outside of the contiguous 48 states, due to the extreme expense.  If you need to make special shipping arrangements, please e-mail or call us.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT RECEIVED:

In the event that your shipment arrives with damage due to shipping, you must contact the shipping company or 1-World customer service within 14 days of delivery. We can arrange to have a replacement item shipped at that time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to the large size of our products, and the extreme expenses involved with international transport, we are currently not offering International Shipping. We offer to ship within the contiguous 48 states.

With our vast selection, choosing a globe or map as a gift might be a bit overwhelming.  Purchasing a Gift Certificate from 1-World Globes & Maps is a quick and simple solution.

RETURN POLICY:  Revised 02/09/2005

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee - We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees. Returns due to reasons other than defect or damage will be refunded, minus shipping and handling fees and must be shipped to return address provided, at customers expense. We strongly urge customers who are shipping a return at their own expense to ship via UPS or FedEx and please insure your return, as we are not responsible for return shipping damages or loss. Returns must be received in original (new) condition and packaging. We must be notified within 30 days of shipping date of the item to authorize and process a return. Please be prepared to provide customer name, order number, and reason for return. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please call (877)884-2402 to arrange a cancellation.  While we will attempt to halt the processing of your order, orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.  Customized orders cannot be cancelled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items are not returnable: Items that have been used or removed from original shrink-wrap packaging. Inflatable globes. Wall Murals (once opened). Old World Globes and Globe Bars (once assembled). EcoSpheres. Zip-code Maps. Earrings. Chocolate globes. Custom or engraved items. Special orders. Discontinued items.
