WE OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! Please note that international shipping rates we provide do not include any fees or taxes assessed as a result of importing an item. Note that there may be situations where an item is not available to be shipped to a location, or instances where transport costs are disproportionately high. We reserve the ability to hold or cancel orders in situations where delivery is impossible or cost prohibitive.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The majority of our wall maps & map mural products are printed on demand and finished by our small team in Seattle, WA. Production lead times vary by product type and finishing option selected. Here are current estimated production lead times:

  • Wall Maps on archive paper, photo paper, laminated, or peel & stick - 3-5 business days
  • Murals on peel & stick, PVC-free wallpaper, or durable wallpaper - 3-7 business days
  • Murals on laminated vinyl peel & stick - 10-14 business days
  • Wood rail mounted and canvas gallery wraps - 7-10 business days
  • Classroom spring roller maps from Academia Maps & Klett-Perthes - 4-6 weeks
  • Classroom spring roller maps from Kappa Maps - 8-10 weeks

Cancellation Policy

Please e-mail us or live chat now if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom orders that have entered into production cannot be canceled.

Returns

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We will be pleased to arrange a return, exchange or replacement for nearly any product with which our customer is dissatisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us or live chat now within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please contact us to acquire a RMA number prior to returning the item. Items returned without a prior authorization or without an RMA number may be returned at customer’s expense. 20% re-stock fee may apply. Some exceptions do apply to what is possible to return. Please see below.

Returns must be received in original (new, 100% re-sellable) condition and in manufacturer's original and complete packaging. Items that are returned in incomplete packaging or have been repackaged may be refused. We’re unable to offer refunds for returned items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or that are damaged in transit back to us. Return shipping will be at customer’s expense, and we strongly advise insuring the shipment as we’re unable to offer credit for items that arrive damaged. Refunds will be applied only to the original customer's account used for the original purchase.

Damaged Shipment
Please contact us or live chat now within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. We can arrange to have the item(s) replaced, and we will work with the carrier to have the damage shipment picked up for inspection. Returns due to manufacturer's defect or damage will be fully refunded, including shipping and handling fees.

Re-stock Fee
A 20% re-stock fee will apply for returning certain items, including:
Wall maps; wall murals; historic maps; spring roller maps; framed or mounted maps; items returned with damaged, incomplete or improper packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable:
Digital products, custom multi-map spring roller combo sets, custom size map prints & murals, digital classroom map packages; inflatable products; customized products; items that have been delivered over 30 days prior.
