This bird’s-eye view print of Oakdale, Massachusetts was drawn and published by O. H. Bailey & Co. in 1891. What remains of Oakdale is now considered part of West Boylston.

The industrious cotton mill town was interrupted in the early 1900's when the Wachusett Reservoir was created at that location. The map drawn in 1891 shows the prosperous community as it was before the alterations.

The illustration includes labeled roads, buildings, waterways and railroad route. There are detailed illustrations of the following:
