This panoramic print of Haydenville, Massachusetts was drawn and published by L. R. Burleigh in 1886. Haydenville is a village within the boundaries of Williamsburg township. A major flood in 1874 ravaged Haydenville when the poorly constructed Williamsburg Reservoir Dam burst, flooding the entire valley.

In the 1880's, Mill River provided water-power to the Nonotuck Silk Mill, a large employer of the region.

The illustration includes labeled roads, buildings and railroad route.
