This panoramic print of El Reno, Oklahoma was drawn and published by Thaddeus Mortimer Fowler in 1891. El Reno’s rise was closely associated with the land run of 1889. El Reno was named Canadian County’s seat of government when it was formed in 1890.

El Reno housed a depot, machine shops and yards for the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad and maintained a stop along the Choctaw Railway.

The map includes labeled streets, buildings, railroad routes and vicinity.
